This community lot is a business to sell doors and windows, although it is rare to find a business of this category, the good news is that it is profitable for those who want to have a business different from the common ones in the game.
The internal walls distributed diagonally serve as a display for doors and windows, you can also sell door frames but what is mentioned is better.
The business includes a payment area where there are two cash registers, counters, armchairs for relaxation, decorative objects and a portable refrigerator. It's advisable to block the side doors so that only the business owner, his relatives and employees have access.
There are also two public restrooms for ladies and gentlemen.

How to start the business?


  • Purchase the property as usual and make sure you have the necessary funds.
  • Once you have visited the site, select wholesale mode and mark the doors and windows on the walls that are diagonal.
  • For unknown reasons some doors included in this lot may be at 1 simoleon sale price which is very low and affects the sale of the others, to solve this, just remove and replace with others and they will appear with the correct price.
  • When a door or window has been sold, the item’s replacement sign appears on the side of the wall.
  • Make sure you have the skills and badges for business success.
  • Enjoy the business!

Tips

The layout of the doors and windows for sale is designed so that Sims can see and buy the items, it isn’t recommended to reduce this space or Sims will protest for not being able to access it.

You can use the side walls of the warehouse to place and sell more windows or doors but make sure that they are facing inwards.

For obvious reasons, the doors to the business and the public restrooms can’t be put up for sale.
