I created this lot for the players of the base game.
It's a classic and simple style house to house a family, designed for small neighborhood maps, with little space available or to place in small gaps, which gives a different and interesting look to the neighborhood.
The house has the normal rooms, kitchen, dining room, living room, a master bedroom, a children's bedroom and a bathroom.
This lot can be placed in the middle of two parallel roads such as the Strangetown neighborhood.
The lot size was created using the Mootilda tool Lot Adjuster
