Pineview Point is a neighborhood I started a long time ago. This is more of a up-to-the-player neighborhood, but still features 7 playable families and so 7 residential lots with the respective families, 6 empty lots, and 10 community lots. All of the houses are pre-made and have interior decoration done by me, well some of it.
The families have biographies, thumbnails, and family ancestors. Edgar Price has something special to him. 4 5x4 Large Lots, 2 Medium 4x3 Lots, §12,000 and §6,800, respectively. This Neighborhood doesn't have any empty residential lots, so you're gonna have to do them yourself.

That was my first neighborhood so don't go to harsh on me. And I'm currently working on a new better neighborhood.
