The University Neighborhood is created using only the base game and The Sims 2: University to give off a Maxis Match vibe.
Bin Sims are my favorite. Although they mostly have preset faces, there is something unique about them. I created this neighborhood in honor of the well-known, scrapped neighborhood "Sedona" and made it home to Bin Sims.
The neighborhood consists of 9 playable Sims (3 households).
It also contains
9 community lots: Dusty Miller shop (30x20), Alexander's Park (50x60), the Plaza (50x60), Rose of Jericho - the pool (40x40), Ocotillo Library (40x30), Students' Union (50x40), Shopping Alley (30x50), Sweet Agava - caffee (20x30), Thirsty Cowboy - bar (20x30),

6 dorms (30x3 each),
2 Greek Houses (30x40) and (30x30)
9 regular houses (20x30 each) ($2000-$2500 each),
and 1 secret lot - Helluva Hacienda (40x50)

The neighborhood is populated by Bin Sims and my custom professors.

The Fraternity and Sorority are just background elements; the main story takes place in the Corpse Bride household.

Install the neighborhood in your University folder:
