Your sims will love this beautiful family house, it has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, fish tank windows, lots of sunflowers, and I almost forgot to mention all the bright colors. This lot is supposed to replace the 9 Sun Song Ave lot in Sunset Valley, and also contains no custom content. If you have problems using the lot (or if stuff isn't showing up), please tell me right away so I can try to fix it. I highly recommend using the moveobjects cheat before playing with this lot, because that's the cheat I used to build the home.
