This is my first upload to ModTheSims! I originally shared this lot on Reddit (my username there is MaiHoshito). Just wanted to confirm that this is indeed my creation.

Ambitions is used in this lot, but only for the washing machine and dryer, so it would work well even without this EP.

This lot is free of cc and has been fully playtested to ensure everything works as intended.

Feedback and building ideas are greatly welcome!

Note: I placed the outdoor trashcan here using moveobjects on, and it works well. However, when the house is placed on a new lot, it might reset to the front door or somewhere else. You may need to move it back here manually
