Little Babbler - Dummied Infant Quirk, Restored!

Growing Together includes an Infant Quirk that was (accidentally?) dummied by EA: Little Babbler, which makes your infant better at speech skills, and includes a possibly-unique idle animation where they talk to themselves. While the Quirk can be added via cheats (see below), it will never occur naturally.

This mod makes it so that the Quirk is generated properly when an Infant is created or aged up from a Baby. Now you can try the Quirk out yourself!

Note that I can't promise the Quirk will work 100%, this mod just adds it back to Quirk generation. Still, it seems to work fine after some short experimentation. EA doesn't seem to have turned it off on purpose, and you can still turn it on via Cheats (below). Instead, the "Self-Soother" Trait was listed twice in the Quirk generation function, which suggests some kind of copy-and-paste error, since it would have been Little Babbler's next-door-neighbour in the list.

Cheats
If you want to cheat the Quirk onto your Infant's skill list, you don't need to use this mod! Instead, you can use any of the following cheats:

traits.equip_trait trait_Hidden_Infant_Element_Talker (for the hidden Quirk) or
traits.equip_trait trait_Human_Infant_Element_Talker (for the revealed Quirk)

or:

Activate Cheats, then Shift-Click the Sim, and select: Pack Cheats… -> Expansion Packs -> EP 13 – Growing Together -> Infant Quirks... -> Add Discoverable Quirk -> Little Babbler
