Or, a midcentury spaceship house because of the Sims 3's limitations.
Imagine a yellow glow in the stair area's, as if your sims is getting beamed up. The nature around it is supposed to give you the feeling that the ufo is hidden, and has killed the shrubs around the ''beam''.

It's made for one Sim, but you could easily add one or two more.
