Hey there! So, have you ever had a Plantsim but wanted a small cottage for them that would blend in with a suburban town? Well here is my version! It's compact, but has all the amenities that any Plantsim (or nature obcessed sim) would need... except a toilet... you'd need to add that... But considering Plantsims don't tinkle you'd be fine... anyway.

This lot consists of a small, one room cottage with a kitchenette, a shower, a reading and computer area, and a dresser. Outside there is a pond, a patio with a grill and seating, a pottery wheel, and a garden with a labybug house and compost bin. The price from the Neighborhood is $48,194 (in Simoleons of course) but unfurnished it costs $26,182.

It has all of the facilities needed for a Plantsim such as a shower and sunlamps indoors. If you want to move in a non-botanical biped you'll need to add a toilet but everything else should be fine.

There is a sizable garden and 6 fruit trees (2 of each kind). I didn't use any CC (Custom Content) to make this. I did however use some item placement cheats to add more than one picture to a wall spot etc. As such, if you move one of these items you cannot put it back where it was without the cheats I used. Just in case something happens, the cheats I used are listed below:

Press Crtl + Shift + C to open the cheat bar.

- moveObjects on
- boolProp snapObjectsToGrid true/false
- boolProp allow45degreeangleofrotation true/false

Also, I did place a copy of this house and tested it with a Sim to make sure no objects were unusable and everything worked beautifully for me. But if you have any issues please comment and I'll do my best to fix them promptly. Also, the pictures somehow ended up in 2 different seasons so thats why some pictures show yellow trees instead of green.
