No more mucky sandals

Ever since these sandals were added from the Nature's Calling event, my generated Sims would always wear these sandals in the swimwear category, as the game tries to always give Sims shoes to wear to keep them from walking around barefoot if possible, but EA forgot to remove the "Allow For Random" tag for them.
I disallowed them for random and removed the swimwear tag altogether. They’ll only appear if you choose to use them in CAS. So hopefully no more random Sims in dirty sandals at the pool.

As this is an Override for the ymShoes_EF63EVRMuckySandals, it will conflict with any other override that also edits this item.
Sims wearing this item will be flagged as containing custom content.
