Higher payout for hacking & programming (2x & 5x)

I have never made a mod in my life so here we go, I guess. I really wanted higher payouts for hacking, and I searched which lead me to MTS. But the mod in question, by HellsGuard, was sadly out of date. I thought "no time like the present to learn, I guess" so here we are.

This is a hard mod to test, okay? Because it's just a bunch of numbers, and the game chooses randomly between all the sets for whatever purpose. Listen, I tried to test it. I think it works. Maybe it doesn't and I'm delulu, amirite?

If you try it out in game, and it breaks anything (it didn't in mine) or it seems like it's not working (it probably is but unless you hit one of them high numbers with 5x, you probably will barely notice) you can let me know. I'll try whatever I can. I had better exceptions and it didn't throw any exception for this, though it did say it might be out of date with the patch, but that could be an issue with S4S. Who knows? I don't. First mod and all.

Honestly, I feel like I'm unlikely to even notice it works unless I made a 10x version, so maybe I'll do that eventually. 🤣

Only use one of each! (i.e 2x hack, 5x program)
