All Objects are Unbreakable

This mod should make all breakable objects unbreakable. Base game only! Meaning that only the items from the base game are going to be unbreakable, while most items from Expansion Packs and Stuff Packs will be breakable as usual. The unbreakable items include: toilets, stereos, showers, bathtubs, TVs, the teleportation pad, dishwashers, sinks, and more.

Technicalities:
There is an "unbreakable" period from when an item is purchased or repaired: during this time, the item will not break. Normally, it's between 24-72 hours (1-3 in-game days), but this mod extends it to years (24000 hours and so on). Meaning, the items should remain unbreakable for several in-game years before the game checks for a chance of them becoming broken.

This is my first mod, so feel free to report any issues you might find.
