The Barn Karaoke and Mechanical Rodeo (Live Show Venue)

I've finally built another lot for this project, this time a live show venue, with an exterior based on a barn-shaped country store in my city. Between the mechanical bull and cowboy hat sign from Showtime, and the farm themed decor from Riverview, I thought it was fitting. The lot name in-game is actually "The Barn Karaoke and Rodeo" because of the character limit, but the title of the upload is the intended name of the lot. I have this placed at 750 Old Farm Road, near Sunny Acres, and fittingly right in front of the farmland, but it can be placed on any 30x40 lot.

At the left of the first floor is the juice bar and the mechanical bull set up on a small stage. In the middle is the seating area, with both table seating and couches, and a small juke box tucked into the corner. On the right are both bathrooms and the karaoke stage. The second floor contains the loft with a pool table, a photo booth, and another couch. In the basement is the performance stage for the Showtime professions, and additional seating for an audience. Out the back is a fenced off area containing a dumpster, crates, and lumber that you can pretend is for the fireplace upstairs. Part of the roof does clip through the first floor (as shown in one of the interior images), but that is only a visual issue and should not affect gameplay.
