Renovated 1-2-3+ Gym from Bluewater Village Sims2

The original 1-2-3+ Gym in Bluewater village has several details that I really despise. The pool and gym being in 2 separate buildings, and the awning covering the outdoor grill area unable to go down with walls down, makes it hard to see sims sometimes when using this area. I renovated the gym, took away the ugly bright yellow-red-blue theme, made the pool+gym into one building, which is more realistic. There is more gym equipment too, instead of just 1 treadmill and 2 weight machines. I also added a sauna, and got rid of the benches nearby the jacuzzi (hot tub).

So the Features are :
A swimming pool and hot tub.
Sauna
Various exercise machines.
Bathrooms for both genders.
An outdoor area with a bar, barbecue grill and seating.
Indoor basketball court
Nonplayable parking lot.

No CC was used in this build. I used the game Sims2Legacy, but this should be compatible with other sims 2 games provided you have all of the packs.
