This is a naked top for female adults with animated breast eyes and eyelashes.
It comes in all maxis eye colors available in the game.

Animation info
The animations of closing and opening the breast eyes are tied to the animations of the head eyes. The left breast eye is tied to the right head eye and vice versa.
The animations of moving the breast eyeballs horizontally are tied to the animations of the right eyebrow.

Known issues
If a Sim is in a jacuzzi and the eyelashes are underwater, they are incorrectly drawn over the water.
Sims may close their eyes tightly so that the top and bottom eyelids overlap. This is an issue of in-game animations, not of the breast eyes.
If a Sim opens their eyes extremely wide, like in the animation of drinking the elixir of life or a potion, the breast eyes look weird and glitchy.
