With this mod, Sims who visit a lot wear outerwear if it's cold outside. Originally, they wear outerwear in winter only, regardless of the temperature outside.
The new conditions are the same as the original conditions for putting on outerwear when going from indoors to outdoors.

This mod does not affect NPCs who come to do their job.
