The 'L' Spire , certainly one of the most ominous landmarks of Duality, had been left previously unfinished for years. Famously unstable due to shaky fondations, the tower sways during high wind due to the lack of a mass balancer.
The new springed stilts provide much dampening against sway, and the much needed seismic resistance for the challenges to come on the road ahead.

Investment from the Landgraab estate transformed this once empty shell into a tight, but trendy boutique/business hotel with a multi-story terraced restaurant on the cliffside, providing dramatic views for patrons, who are left sat upon the red velvet of our chairs taking in the breathtaking wonderous nature of their surroundings.


The hotel features the following three types of accomodation:

- 4 Double Queen Suites 645$ per night


Perfect for the trader down on his luck after a night out on juice, the double queen provides all the comfort one should expect of a urban home, including a state of the art computer for working on the go at dawn.

- 1 Double Executive (high floor) 233$ per night
These rooms offer all the same comfortable bed as the double queen, minus the computer, in a smaller package. Perfect for the value minded salaryman or 'by the hour' rate aficionados.

- 1 Glass Capsule Single (high floor) 262$ per night


The sheer tiny size of the room is mitigated by its dramatic balcony and reading spot. Who else in town can roost as high as you? Sure as no one can do.

Don't let the 2x4 footprint fool you, this is a vertical lot with a total of 15 floors! For all intent and purposes this should be considered a "medium" lot due to its contained total footprint.
