Beppe's Huis (Grandma's house)

Hello all,

I made this house after my grandmothers house. She lived there for 45 years, from 1956 until 2001, when she moved to a nursing home. It's a small but working house. It has three bedrooms, two of which are just big enough for a bed, just like the real house. It has a small livingroom, large kitchen/diner small toilet and small bathroom. In real life this bathroom only contained a shower and a washingmachine, but for your simmies i placed a bath in there too. The roof is a little bit different due to the restrictions of the game. I tried to match it as close as possible.

I'm not sure if you have to use University for this. I didn't use anything from NightLife, so i'm pretty sure you can play this lot without NightLife.

No custom content is used in this house.

I used a rocky groundcover from Ninapinacolada for the driveway, you can place an invisible driveway there if you have NightLife. I did NOT include this groundcover in the package, because i can't remember where it came from.

I also used the interior fence made by Laurana from 11 dots. This is also NOT included in the package. You can download it from her site, it's under build.

This house costs 49.974 simoleans. I really hope you like it.

To clear things up a little; there was a dresser in the kitchen. It contained lots and lots of towels, socks and underwear. The rest of the clothes were stored in small cupboards upstairs under the sloping roof. The lonely chair in the kitchen, next to the door has been there for all my life. I have no idea what it did there, but it just stood there doing nothing. The outbuilding were used for storing their own vegetables. When my grandpa was still alive they had a huge vegetable garden. Everything was stored in those outbuildings. As a kid i was scared when i had to go in there. It was pitchblack inside. As you can see there are different chairs in the livingroom. The blue one was my grandmothers chair. It had almost the same look as this one. Only it wasn't blue, but the color it had is hard to discribe and certainly not in the game . I hope you understand this house a little bit better.
