INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

1. Download the archive.

2. Extract the downloaded zip or RAR file.

3. Place all included tray files inside:

Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\Tray

4. Start The Sims 4.

5. Open the Gallery and select My Library.

6. Enable Include Custom Content in the Gallery filters if the mansion does not appear immediately.

7. Select Modern Family Estate and place it on a suitable residential lot.
