Hi everyone!

This is my first upload, so.. I hope you enjoy it! This house has a great kitchen, three bedrooms, one bathroom, a rec room, and is very spacious. Perfect for a family of four, but can accomodate 6 residents if necessary. (Beware: you may need to add a bathroom to do that).

Anyway, like I said, this is my first house. Beware, I do not pretend to be the best decorator or landscaper. I am really providing this house as a base for you all to do something amazing with. Refurnish it, reorganize the inside layout, film it, just do not sell it! Of course, if you do redistribute it or film it, please put me in the credits.
