The Pink Flamingo is a unique example of a modern townhouse. built on a 3x1 lot is costs 44 201 - and is fully furnished. It has 2 bedroms and 2,5 bathrooms. The rooms are large and has room for a growing family. It features a basement, with recreation area and a very unique rooftop barbeque/entertainment area. The rooftop area can later be converted to additional living space (with a little imagination...).

This lot has been scanned with Clean Installer and is hack free. Contains no custom content. Requires all Ep's.
