Hello again Simmers! I bring to you another build of mine. This time the Temple of Adonis in my own design. This isn't based on any real Greco-Roman temple dedicated to the god, but rather one I made myself. Adonis is known as the god of male beauty, desire, and annual vegetation renewal. He was once a mortal who became deified after his tragic death to live among the gods. I chose dark blue, gold, and white colors in marble for his grand temple. The design is known as the "pseudoperipteral" with one row of columns around the main structure that houses the statue and altar for the deity. I used platforms for the primary base, as most temples to the gods were raised above the ground for their status. I will provide links to the custom content in the download section.
