Here's Assistant Director Walter Skinner from "The X-Files". Please install him with Clean Installer to avoid "missing EP" error messages. Please also note that this sim uses Maxis skin. He won't look right if you have default-replacement skins installed. To avoid this problem, you can download non-default Maxis skins here and fix him in CAS. Skinner uses "light" skin. Custom hair, brows, and eyes by me (fanseelamb) included. No other custom content used.
Please don't redistribute this sim or altered versions of him. Thank you. :lovestruc
