This lot is one I built for the Dreamers. I wanted it to be calm and peaceful with alot of inspiring qualities for Darrin. :idea: It is a 3 story house counting the basement and has 3 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a living room and a den. Off the kitchen is the dining room and a music room, upstairs the den attaches to Darrin's Art Studio which looks out onto a huge patio and the top of the aviary. The basement contains the pool and the gym and is accessible from a set of staircases near the front door. Outside there is a small play area on the side of the house and a nice mosiac patio out back with a easy to maintain flowerbed. My favorite feature has to be the aviary though, it is at the entrance to the house so you walk through it to enter the front door.
This house comes mostly unfurnished and costs 213,418 so it's definatly not a starter home. :evilnod: :wow:
Does NOT require Uni... Should work with all expansions, though the flowers may blink blue, just re-design them to another color...

*note* I removed all furniture except a few maxis items as placeholders and a couple of other custom objects and the house is hack free. If you find something in this file that shouldn't be, please let me know so I can remove it. I did run clean install on it so all that should be in the file is walls, floors, a few (very few) recolors, 2 or 3 other objects and the terrains that you seen in the screen shots.
