My first house uploaded here. Isn't a large house. Its a spanish inspired house with enough room for a normal family. The house itself took a while to design and build, but in the end i do think it was well worth it. The house is furnished but currently occupied. OR one totally EMPTY (thats why its named EMPTY)just to cover all the bases

Here's the decription:

Its a 2 Bedroom 2 Bathroom house (1 Bathroom on the main floor and one upstairs, both bedrooms upstairs). The house is occupied by the Broke Family, Brandi, Beau, and Jack. The house is pre-furnished,The living room is dark woods and floors, plus red carpets. The dining room is Light blue walls with medum blue carpet. The kitchen is stone with wood trim and stainless steel appliances. The bathroom (Main floor) is primarily blue w/ a splash of yellow. On the Second floor both bedrooms are lightly colored in Tan paint with wood paneling and brown carpet. The bathroom on this floor is Blue and purple with silver mixed in. The basement is stone with a computer and a few other objects. The outside features an impressive walkway with flowers on each side and a fountian. A pebble walkway leads to the back where a small pond BB-Q grill and trees await. There are bushes along the back of the foundation. The roof is a redish-orange clay. A fence surroundes the entire thing, and there is a bronze enterance gate. The fron porch is arched and fenced with a intricate tile pattern.

I was inspired by a house in our area that has colors like this, then i combined it with the design of a house i saw near to where i live.
