Have a large family that is looking for a house in a nice quiet area? Then this is the house for you! This 3-story home has plenty of room to grow or to get some privacy when the rest of the family is bothering you. Lots of space for parties, with simple landscaping and outdoor lighting that will make spending all your time out on the deck totally worthwhile.
Unfurnished: $55,079
Furnished: $186,816
Features
* 3X4 Medium Lot
* 3 Floors (counting the basement)
* 5 Bedrooms
* 3.5 Bath
* Ground-level Garage/Exercise Area
* Fully-finished basement with door that leads into backyard
* Basement has bedroom and bath (perfect for a teenager!)
* Recreation room in basement
* Formal dining room and breakfast nook
* Spacious deck extending out from main level into backyard
Notes: I used MikeInside's split-level tutorial to get the ground-level garage to attach to the house. I had some major issues with getting this and the basement to work, but it was resolved today after weeks of effort. However, two of the walls around the garage area look distorted when using certain types of siding, rocks, etc. on the outside, so if you change the color of the house, keep that in mind.
If someone wants it without the split-level hack, I can make a version where the garage is up on a foundation and is just an exercise room or something.
I really like this house. It's actually my in-laws house in RL, only it's slightly altered for a better layout and design.
Update 07/13/05 : I would say it's EP Required, but some of you without University could try the unfurnished version out and let me know for sure.
Enjoy!

Install Instructions
1. Download: Click the download link to save the .rar or .zip file(s) to your computer.
2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.
3. Install: Double-click on the .sims2pack file to install its contents to your game. The files will automatically be installed to the proper location(s).
- You may want to use the Sims2Pack Clean Installer instead of the game's installer, which will let you install sims and pets which may otherwise give errors about needing expansion packs. It also lets you choose what included content to install. Do NOT use Clean Installer to get around this error with lots and houses as that can cause your game to crash when attempting to use that lot. Get S2PCI here: Clean Installer Official Site.
