played/tested: I tested this baby with a duplicate of this file so the house you will be playing is Brand New.

Hopes & Dreams is excatly that, Hopes & Dreams. I hoped I would have been able to build it faster and I dream of living in a house like this when I retire. As for the lot it isn't furnished yet, I spent all day making it because it's better than my first house which was four walls and a door. Then again, you have to start some place, right? This lot is just your basic building supplies. There is no custom made anything. Its well lit and is very beautiful on the outside, as for the inside you will need to decorate it. I didn't want to go in and spend what lil time i have to play decorating something that would just be removed. Plus, I'm going to be using custom made stuff for my lot so I think I'ts better for you guys to decor. It ihas 4 floors and a pool and its my 2nd house so I hope you guys enjoy it as much as I did building. Feel free to do what you wish with it. What's mine is your's.
