Hello guys and gals! Well, my second upload, and i hope you like! Number 9, Malibu Court is a large house which also offers easy movement throughout. Costing $312, 582, this will fulfill those sims with mediteranean roots, longing to be in the riches of back home! My favourite feature personally is the kitchen that opens out onto the beautiful terrace. The kitchen also has a bar. It also offers:
