This is the first house I built in Sims2 (many eons ago). It was a bit oddly proportioned at first but I've been tweaking around with it lately and got it scaled down. The whole roof is kind of piecemealed together but if you don't concentrate on the "seams" it looks great. This house is unfurnished as well (if I leave them furnished they turn out to be over 6mb with compression??) but I labeled the floorplan to give you a better idea of the way the house was laid out in game. Also - the house appears normal during gameplay but some walls disappear in the Neighborhood view. Minor quirk, but otherwise it's a great house!
