Relax in the open air in the Breasy Living house. Walls are overrated! There are very few places in a Sim's life where he or she really needs privacy. Keeping this in mind, this house has been designed to allow the warm ocean breeze to penetrate nearly every corner of the house, year round!

This house is mainly something I came up with while tinkering around with building cheats and tutorials from http://mikeinside.modthesims2.com. It has some interesting features, and is a nice little spot on the beach with plenty of room for your own imagination to redesign and redecorate.

Features:
Ocean-side property with full access to swim in the sea.
Unique open-air design.
Beautiful view over the cliff.
Not quite a starter home, but inexpensive considering its benefits.

This house is mainly unfurnished.

The package contains one custom texture, made by me, that I was playing around with but did not end up using: Pool Sand. Feel free to use, delete, or redistribute as you wish. All other content is original Maxis.
