This lot was made from a real life floorplan, and I must say, it's lovely.. turned out much better than I had hoped. Perfect for any size family! The lot costs $40,022; It has no basement, but I think it'd be easy to add one in. 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. There are two porches for all your outdoor needs.
There are two custom downloads included.. One is the Spiral Stairs, by XxHalfBloodPrincexX, found here
And the other is the large pointed spiral roof, by Brasstex, found here
