I used thr moveObjects cheat to place a few items. It has four floors, plus an attic. The bottom 2 floors are located in the ground.

The price of this house is $233,860.

it is mostly unfurnished, except the lighting, bathrooms, and kitchen. Clean Installer was used to clear out everything but the custom content I mentioned.
