This house has 2 floors, plus an attic and a basement.

The house comes furnished (except for the attic, which can have walls added, to create more rooms, and has plenty of extra space for more furnishings). Decorations, lighting, furniture, and even a Smord are already in the house, just waiting for a Sim family to move in.

It has 3 bedrooms (plus a "drunk tank" in the basement), 2.5 bathrooms, a garage, a carport, an "above-ground" swimming pool, a roof-top deck over the garage, a racetrack with two RC cars (not tested, so I'm not sure if it will actually work),and a small deck with barbacue grill in the back. Clean Installer was used to remove unnecessary files.
