After staying a lovely weekend by the sea in a caravan with an annex attached recently, i decided to try my hand and making one for my sims.

It is small, and while 'expensive', it is fully equipped with everything you need minus the sims (and car.. i decided you could choose the car, if any).

It was made with sims 2 with uni, nightlife and absolurely no custom content installed.

It is suitable for a couple, or possibly a family with a single child, and would be no problems for a lone sim.

Looks wicked with a hippie or bum sim, or some trailertrash, and it starts to develop REAL character as the pizza boxes and flies gather within its trailer-walls.
