This is an item made for purely decorative purpose.

I made it for my neighbourhood, to make it look interesting, and in order to be able to see it in lot-view with the new NL view options.

It is actually 3 lots, placed side by side to make a lab, a hanger/runway and a heliport.

It is externally completely decorated, but it is empty inside apart from lights inorder to make the windows lightup in neighbourhood mode.

While they are large lots, it does not seem to lag, my system is 2800+amdxp, 1.5gigram, ati9600pro256meg.

They look really awesome when added with some radio towers, satellite dishes and (of course) ufo crash sites nearby or next to them.

Your sims can drive to them and walk around most of the buildings, so if you decorated the interior, it would be perfect for moviemaking, or with a simple use of the 'changelotzoning' cheat, it would be the perfect home for the mad scientist or alien family!

The lots ought to be placed in this order, from left to right, next to each other exactly;

AREA 15 - RUNWAY
AREA 15 - HANGER
AREA 15

I'm really happy with this lot, I hope you enjoy it too.

For best results place on desert terrain, but i'm sure it would work on concrete/dirt just as well.
