After getting Nightlife I had to have a go at making a nice house with a garage.
This house includes 3 BR 2 BA and has a 2 car attached garage. It's partly furnished inside, kitchen and bathrooms only, as I know lots of you have a lot of nice custom content so I'll let you decorate accordingly. Has a small deck on the back of the house.

Cost is around $48,996. Only Maxis made content is included. Nightlife and Uni EP's are required.
