Elegant Victorian-style house

I've been wanting to try my hand at creating a Victorian-style house, and here is my attempt... it was a real challenge. It is based off (but not 100% identical to) the floor-plan included in my screenshots.

It has a 4 bedrooms (a master-suite, guest-room, and 2 other bedrooms) and 3 1/2 baths, and a lovely brick 2 car driveway and front walk. It's unfurnished except for kitchen counters and appliances, and bathroom fixtures. The breakfast nook is graced with Simfantastics small bay window, found HERE which is included in my file. All other objects, recolors, and hacks have been stripped with CleanInstaller.

This house sells for $60,920. I plan on also perhaps making a furnished version available, just for the heck of it
