this is my actual house that i live in. this is a tiny house, good starter. not really suitable for more than 2 people unless you like a challange. i've tested, and all rooms and furnishings are accessible and useable. (i did not test if landscaping was accessible, sorry)

this is fully furnished (except i forgot the kitchen sink :sink: ... ironically enough i didn't HAVE a kitchen sink yet when i created this copy of my house.)

this house is fully furnished and landscaped just like my own house (with the exception that there is a dog's crate where the brown chair is in the living room, but Sims2 doesn't have pets yet, and i USED to have a brown recliner there, so it's all good!)

this house comes with no family, and is slightly over 30K... it was built in a hack-free environment, but I did use building cheats

(i have included a pic of my house as proof of how tiny it is )
