Summer Oasis

This one has alot of palm trees..maybe too many. I used two build-mode cheats: moveObjects and boolProp constrainFloorElevation. I haven't moved any Sims into this house (or in any other house I have uploaded for that matter), so i don't know how they will work with the floor elevation cheat.

I used Clean Installer to remove unnecessary files. The only custom content is the Mojave White Marble floor, which can be found here:

the cost of this house is $104,414.

The single bathroom, the kitchen, and the lighting are the only furnishings.

This house is made for The Sims 2 (I don't have an EP), but should still be compatible with the EP's.
