Okay I'm finally finished (or at least until I can do it a better way).
You may recolor as you wish just please no posting on pay sites.
I hope to have a High heeled version and a no heels version in the next few days that I will post on this thread also.

*A note for anyone who wishes to recolor- the uvmap for the cape is in the zip.The cape is alpha editable so you can change the shape.

3/25 update: Improved animation thanks to Skankyboy's new importer for simpe.

This is a new mesh, and means that it's a brand new self contained object that usually does not require a specific Pack (although this is possible depending on the type). It may have Recolours hosted on MTS - check below for more information.
