Small apartment dorms

These are small single apartment type dorms. There are 4 apartments, complete with bed, bathroom, small kitchen, small dining, and small living room. Each apartment has a university door that can be claimed and locked!.

There is a gargage and driveway able to hold 4 cars. Plus room in the garage for lockers and gym stuff and things of that nature.

This small dorm comes completly furnished and also includes a non-accessable attic that holds items like couches, stoves and fridges and a few other things that your graduating sim can add to there inventory when they leave to help give them a head start in the "real" sim world!. The vehicles are also included that can be added to inventory too!

I like making dorms like this as then its built how I like them and not how maxis likes them! I prefer the mini apartment type living when I send my sim off to college! Not everyone lives in houses and dorms. Alot have small apartments off campus. This was the only way to have apartments in the game so far!

This lot shows up in houses bin and I cant figure out how to move it to the dorm bin, but it functions as a dorm. Once you enter you cannot change the walls and things like with other dorms. So BECAREFUL not to place this in your neighborhoods.

You need nightlife also as there is nightlife objects included in this package file!

There are no hacks or custom content included in the package file!
