Holloworth is a new building, designed with space and money in mind. Some of the richest Sims’ children have lived here during their time at university – and your young adult Sims can join them!
Holloworth boasts its own private gym and heated indoor pool, along with its “Glass House” relaxation area overlooking the pond and gardens. Both are separate from the main building – which houses 8 students comfortably. Other features of Holloworth include an extensive library, with books covering all courses that University has to offer! A computer suite can also be found on the ground floor, with a computer for each Sim who resides in the dorms. And because we know how tiring it can be to be up all night typing up papers, there is a coffee room beside the computer suite for late night pick-me-ups! A communal kitchen and dining area on the ground floor of the building provides food throughout the day.
But university isn’t all about work and skill building, and Holloworth knows this! The top floor of the main building has an entertainment area, with flat screen T.V.s, pool tables, a music centre and a mini bar.
Each bedroom is furnished in neutral colours, and contains the following items:
Double Bed
Desk and Chair
Bookcase
T.V.
Sofa
Mini Fridge
Microwave
Phone
Easel
And all have an en suite bathroom!

Now comes the serious stuff :nana:
There are two files included here, one that contains the custom content used (holloworthdormscustominc), and one that has no custom content included (holloworthdormsnocustom). However, you will need the custom content for the dorm to show up as shown in the picture. The two files are there so you have a choice to download it all in one, or download the lot and the custom content separately.
Both files have been checked and cleaned with CleanInstaller. Obviously, the University EP is needed.
The custom content used are as follows:
Numenor’s “WallWindow” Glass set, which is available here
Fat D’s Half Walls, which are available here
Ailias’s wallpaper’s : Solidarity – found here and RetroMod Stripes – found here
You will have to download these if you’ve downloaded the file with no custom content included, or the house won’t show up properly.

Please let me know what you think of the dorm, and let me know if you encounter any problems so I can correct them. I have played with it, and it worked fine on my computer – but as it is a big lot (4x5) it is likely to load slowly/lag with slower computers.
