Monterey Livingroom Set

All new meshes make up the traditional style Monterey Livingroom set. All objects are low poly (lower than the Maxis bases used to create each piece), and are fully re-colorable.

The sofa and loveseat use the Repository method for recoloring, which means if you recolor one, you recolor both sofa and loveseat.

The RED set is the one containing the actual meshes, and the Seafoam GREEN set is a recolor.
