Hi all, Thanks for your nice comments! I really appreciate the feedback. Menother, I use a combination of play-testing and careful selection of walls and floors to get the price down. I have many similar lots at my site sterlingsims2.com. Skye

How do you play test without losing all of the furnishing? Or, does it drop the price even when you replace the items?

You play test and then let your test sim die or use Clean Installer to remove it if you are a non-sim-kill person...
