A new pure lush living room set for your modern sims. Requires both university and nightlife for selected objects. And please use the updated CEP for nightlife recolours.

Avaliable with the following:
Includes 2 sofas (brown and white), table, table lamp (nl?), celing lamp (nl?), large painting (nl), 3 circular rugs (nl) and 1 wallpaper and 1 light wood flooring. Wall and Floor needs to be double clicked to be installed please.
