Hi this is my first upload. It's a 1 bedroom 1/2 bath with 1 car garage modern home on a 2x2 lot. Because of the rather small lot I couldn't really fit a yard or pool :/
Unfortunately i dont have the websites and creators names for all the custom content i used so i decided to take it all out so there's a lot missing.
REQUIRES: UNI/nightlife
You can consider this house vastly unfurnished. If there are any problems with the file let me know and ill work on it. I ran the file through Clean Installer so it should be fine.
Feel free to configure the floor plan any way you want. There aren't any real defined spaces except for the bedroom upstairs and the bathrooms.
Feedback would be nice, hopefully i did this right. I read most of the tutorials.
