For your downloading pleasure/amusement/dismay? - Drumroll please!- Here we have a black velvet off-the-shoulder-midriff top and a cute pink snakeskin pleated mini. (Note: no pink snakes were harmed in the creation of the skirt!)
You'll need Aardvarkam's adorable "GothGurl" mesh - the one with the pleated skirt if no other, but I highly recommend them all. In case you didn't notice the link over to the left, you can find the mesh here: http://www.modthesims2.com/showthread.php?t=65294
I've tested this in my game, and I have all EPs. Let me know if you run into any problems with it.
Criticism if it is of a constructive nature is always appreciated. I know that I'm not a great skinner, but I thought I might as well share in the (unlikely?) event someone else thought it was cute.

This is a new mesh recolour, and means that you will need to download the particular mesh itself in order for this to show up in your game. See the Meshes Needed section or read the text for more information.
