Here is my latest installment for the Slice Of Life City

A modern home for a modest $80,050 and sparcly furnished at that.
I cannot take credit for the idea of the building itself. Can you believe that this is in reallity a "Mobile Home" (Modular Home). The Dwell home company hired some Architects to creat some of the modular homes and they are quite nice to see.

Placement = 3 squares from the corner of the block (see pic below)

Basement:
Unfurnished
Patio and landing leading to the ocean

First Floor:
Kitchen with all the latest gadgets
TV with a wet bar next to it
Dining area
Fire place
Study/Office (lone square off to the left)
3 decks

Second Floor:
Master bedroom
Bathroom
2 decks

I had a personal message awhile back regarding they installed this package by some water, and had a slight problem with it. I think he stated that the water level went over the roads of the land he placed this package, he deleted the lot and the water level dropped way below from before he inserted this lot. I am sorry for not commenting on this earlier but the old puter crashed and burned.
I have created this lot for the "Slice of Heaven" with instructions on the placement.
I am sorry if you have or may have any problems with any of my lots that I make exclucevly for the lay of the land on the "Slice of Heaven"
