Here we have a 4 family Condo unit. I have enough trouble handling one famly, so if you feel you are a Master Multitasker this may be the lot for you... lol.
Each unit contains the same as the others.

First Floor:
Garage
Kitchen (Low Value Items included)
Patio

Second Floor:
Master Bedroom (Low Value Items included)
Master Bathroom
Huge Living Space
Guest Bathroom (Low Value Items included)

Loft for the kids

Whenever possible I try not to use special items but I have to in some.

The exterior walls, 1/2 Brick 1/2 Stucco and full Stucco by me.
