Lighthouse (Slice of Heaven)

I sat and thought what am I missing from my city by the ocean..... A LIGHTHOUSE, and why not make it residential lot.
I have placed some low cost (cheap) items in the house to try to keep the selling price down to a mear $39,006.

There shouldnt be any special items included to warrent a Nightlife only warning. not 100% sure

I created it to be exclusive to Slice of Heaven land. The last lot I created that sits by the water, caused a slight problem with the person who downloaded it.
"um, i really like the house but when i first placed it, it was sitting in a pool of water. the basement and the decks were underwater and the water spread over the road. i moved it and now there is no water, but the place i set it in first is now pale yellow and the ajacent road is underwater in the the neighborhood view.
i guess i did something wrong. can this be fixed without drastic measures or is it just something i'm going to have to live with?

If you still wish to download this lot, I would suggest starting a new city (the same one you want to place this lot) and test the placement to see if it would effect your city.
